Shipping and Delivery Policy
What You Need to Know
DELIVERY:
Our website is dedicated to bringing you the best products in the most efficient way possible. To make sure that our customers are served well and on time, we have employed one of the best courier services that endeavors to make all deliveries happen quickly and correctly. However, there are a few things that you, as our valued customer, need to know about our Shipping Policy.
We ship all over India.
If the delivery is not made, or the customer is not available at the delivery address, the courier company will hold the product for 3 days and will then return it back to Igrow Innovative Solutions LLP office.
It is the customer’s responsibility to mention any specific delivery instructions (i.e., 'if out, leave with neighbour' or 'round back of house' etc) in the special instructions box while placing the order. If there are no instructions, then in case of a failed delivery, any additional charges incurred will have to be paid for by the customer.
Instructions need to be given if the customer wants the goods to be left at the address without a signature. This should only be done if the customer is sure that the package/ goods will remain safe as neither Igrow Innovative Solutions LLP nor the courier company will accept liability for the loss of goods in this case.
Once the order has been processed, and the package has been dispatched to the courier company, any request by the customer to change the delivery address will incur an additional charge.
PROCESSING TIME FOR DELIVERY:
All our prepaid orders are shipped within 3 business days. For COD orders, our Customer Service team will call you first to confirm the order amount and rectify any issues with the address, and the COD order shall be dispatched within 2 business days after order confirmation.
CANCELLATION:
To cancel an order, please send us a written request (email shall suffice) within 1 day of placing the order to support@igrowstore.com. Once the order is dispatched, no cancellation requests will be entertained. We also reserve the right to cancel any order.
FAULTY / DAMAGED GOODS:
At Igrow Innovative Solutions LLP, we believe that any item purchased, should be of top quality and fit for its intended purpose. This is why we are committed to supplying only the best quality products to our customers. However, the customer’s rights, in case of a faulty product, depending on the nature of the fault and on the time period for which the customer has had the goods. PLEASE NOTE:
Orders cannot be cancelled, once they are shipped.
Return process will be initiated once we receive the goods.
Return valid only for customers in India.
Please ensure that the product is unused, not damaged and all the tags and bar codes, invoice slips are intact at the time of return. Further, the damaged/defective Products must be returned in the original condition they were received in with all the accompanying accessories.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

STEP 1
If you have found a damaged product – You may email us the details along with image/video at support@igrowstore.com within 7 days after you have received the product. You can also raise your return request by reaching out our Whats App number +91 94980 63040
STEP 2
Please put the Product in its original packaging and seal it well and send it across. Please ensure that the product is unused, not damaged and all the tags and bar codes, invoice slips are intact at the time of return.
STEP 3
Once the product reaches our warehouse, we will inspect the product and once our inspection team confirms that the product received is in acceptable condition, as dispatched from our warehouse, we will initiate the return. On the other hand, if the Product is not as per the aforementioned conditions, then the returned Product will not be accepted and would be returned back to the customer.

CAN I GET A REFUND?
We will replace your product. We will also refund the shipping charges (if applicable) when you return the product. Refund of return shipping charges will be limited to Rs 100.

IN CASE YOU DO NOT WANT TO REPLACE THE PRODUCT, THE AMOUNT SHALL THEN BE REFUNDED AS YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT. IF THE PAYMENT WAS MADE BY CREDIT CARD, DEBIT CARD OR NET BANKING, WE WILL REFUND THE MONEY TO YOUR CREDIT CARD, DEBIT CARD OR NET BANKING ACCOUNT RESPECTIVELY*. TBD

Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a up to 7-10 Business Days to initiate a refund. You will be notified of the same by email.

WHEN ARE RETURNS NOT POSSIBLE?
There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns:
Return request is made outside the specified time frame
Product is damaged because of customer use or Product is not in the same condition as you received it
Defective products which are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. Please refer the issue with the concerned manufacturer.
Any consumable item which has been used or installed
Products with tampered or missing serial numbers
Anything missing from the package you’ve received including price tags, labels, original packing and accessories.
